Refunds and Returns

We hope you love your purchase from TheMuF, but if there is a problem, we’re here to help.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed beauty/health products unless they are faulty.

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
